JANUARY CRAFTY INSPIRATIONS

Here are a few projects that some of our regular lady croppers have gracefully shared with us this first month of the year. We hope that you also get a few good ideas from what they share.

Susan used Graphic45’s Birdsong papers to decorate this large tissue box. The crackle finish base goes very well with the graphic nature of vintage oriental images.

Lizette created this little tissue box for her office at her new job. She did a crackle finish as well and used some White Stazon Ink and Copic markers to create the flowers. Ribbon and chipboard houses finish off this cute and lovely box.

Nellia created this page with a large picture of her family at the Atlantis. Bright blue and orange paint artistically brushed onto a chipboard frame complement the picture so well.

Mechelle created this alternative for a Christmas tree last December she had started the project here in the shop and finished it at home. Her Advent calendar looks so festive with rich metllic paints and paper from Graphic45’s Nutcracker Sweet collection.

Mechelle also dressed this coatrack and shelf project with some of the Nutcracker Sweet papersa and more metallic paint. Perfect for the holiday season!

Angie created this tissue box as a gift for a teacher at her daughters’ school. She used Distress Ink to color the box directly and decoupaged on images from Grahpic45’s An ABC Primer paper pad. A very appropriate gift for a teacher. 🙂

January’s nearly over and February is just a few sleeps away. The year has just gotten started and we are itching to see what other great projects everyone comes up with this year. Happy Crafting, you all!
